From First Call to Final Course | What to Expect
The First Call
You tell us what you need. We listen, ask the right questions, and come back with a clear proposal โ scoped completely, priced transparently, with no line items that appear later. You approve what you can stand behind. Nothing changes without your knowledge.
The Day Of
You arrive to a room that is set up exactly as discussed. A staff member is present throughout the day. If something needs adjusting, it is handled before you know it needed to be. You are a guest at your own event.
The Planning Process
We collect dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences directly โ so you are not the middleman between your executives and their lunch. We confirm the run-of-show in advance. We send reminders. We do not require you to chase us.
After the Event
We debrief on what worked and what could be refined. Preferences are logged. The next event starts from a higher baseline because we remembered everything from the last one.
Transportation & Accommodations
If your team is coming from out of town or needs transfer coordination between the hotel and The Luxury Tree House, we handle it. Hotel recommendations, transportation logistics, and arrival coordination are part of what we do โ not an extra you have to arrange separately.
