We didn’t create a membership to be bougie. We created it to give you a place to rest, reimagine, and enjoy a little wonder.
We believe in the kind of hospitality where you walk into a room and feel at home — where, when you arrive, you’re coming to see friends. New ones, old ones, and everything in between. This is not a dinner. It’s a place to connect, to let your hair down even if it’s up.
We’re building something with a shared experience and a shared purpose. Through Southern Smoke, giving back is planned from the very start — not an afterthought. Our struggles, our stories, our success, all shared for the betterment of Houston.

The Dinner Society is for those who want a refined private dining experience in Houston without planning a single detail. Members receive access to events that would normally have to be booked privately with a group, instead they are curated by us and you just attend. You also gain access to a select group of members that share the same status, standards, and exceptional taste. You become part of a community at The Luxury Tree House, we are not another members club, we are a group with a shared vision building curated entertaining together.

Event tickets range from complimentary to $500 for limited capacity events. Prices are listed on the event calendar for specific events.
Iron Chef: Steak Night — teams take the seven kitchen stations, a premium cut as the secret ingredient, then the whole room eats what they made
Date Night Chef's Table Cooking Class — couples cook side by side at the counter, then sit down to what their hands made
Iron Chef: Seafood — the catch is the secret ingredient; seven stations, one hour, the Gulf on the line
James Bond Five-Course Dinner (black tie) — five courses and five pours at the chef's table, hosted by Chef Robbie
Girls' Night Out Cooking Class — a shareable menu, bubbles flowing, the chef holding court
Latina Salsa Night & Tequila — a coursed cocktail party with live rhythm and premium tequila flights

The Private Reserve

Private Reserve is the highest tier at The Luxury Tree House. It is built for a small founding group who want TLTH to be their home for entertaining, food, and beverage. The Private Reserve gains you access to The Luxury Tree House no one has. The first call on every experience and a relationship with Robbie and Mandy that reflects the full depth of what The Luxury Tree House is capable of. No event books before Private Reserve. When you’re Private Reserve, no turns into, how do we make it happen? We help make your inspiration part of the whole membership, whether you bring us a winemaker who inspired you or a guest Chef you love. Your ideas are considered and appreciated, you help shape the membership and experiences we host at The Luxury Tree House. Your dreams, your vision comes to life at TLTH being part of The Private Reserve. The four-guest allowance also makes this tier well-suited to corporate entertaining and client hospitality. Nothing looks more impressive than getting into an event no one else can get into. Tell Mandy and Robbie ahead of time your goals and we will make sure your guests feel like super stars.

How Membership works
More Than an Event. A Place You Belong.
Membership at The Luxury Tree House is access to thoughtfully curated events, priority seating, and hospitality from a team that knows your name and your preferences.
Membership begins with a one-time initiation that activates one full year of access. Each year thereafter, members may re-up at twenty-five percent of their original initiation to continue. No monthly dues. Events are ticketed separately.

The Founding Gesture
A Place Where We Make Houston Better Together
Southern Smoke Foundation has spent more than a decade taking care of the hospitality professionals who take care of this city — the line cooks, sommeliers, dishwashers, servers, and chefs who built Houston’s food culture and now need a hand themselves.
For every founding member who joins, TLTH will donate fifteen percent of their initiation directly to Southern Smoke. The same gesture, returned. At founding capacity, this partnership delivers a projected $300,000 to $465,000 directly to Southern Smoke.
